What is the difference between Impulse and Catalyst?

We get this asked every once in a while to new members of the Reforged Legion.

So in this post, I wanted to talk about the differences between these two products: who they are for, what they're made for, and what scenarios you can use them in.

Let's dive in!

Impulse: Nootropic Energy Drink Mix

Impulse is our Nootropic Energy Drink Mix.

It primarily focuses on versatility in that it can be used for any scenario, whether it is for studying, focus-intensive exercise, work, and more.

Most of our Reforged Legion will use Impulse for strength training or to get through the toughest parts of their work day.

As you can see, we use 200mg of caffeine, less than most energy drinks on the market. The reason for this is that we don't want you to feel anxious or too wired when drinking Impulse. In relying less on caffeine, we use CDP-Choline, Huperzine-A and L-Tyrosine to improve brainpower, focus, and concentration.

Catalyst: Mind & Body Nootropic Pre-Workout

Catalyst is our Nootropic Mind & Body Pre Workout formula.

It was designed to help you conquer your most intense workout sessions.

Most of our Reforged Legion members who use Catalyst use it for their intense weight lifting and endurance sessions.

With Catalyst, you can see that we optimize our Nitric Oxide components, offering a higher than average dose of Beta-Alanine. In addition, we had two nootropic components to enhance your mental focus and performance.

This allows you to perform your best physically & mentally.

The Big Differences

Now that we have explained the two briefly, let's talk about the major differences between the two:

  • Impulse is a nootropic energy drink mix. It is used for focus and concentration. It doesn't have nitric oxide boosters (Beta-Alanine, L-Citrulline, etc).
  • Impulse is popular among people for strength training (Powerlifting, Crossfit), studying, everyday work, and more. It's a versatile energy drink mix for that reason.
  • Impulse is a better alternative to most energy drinks on the market. Energy Drinks will throw large amounts of B Vitamins and Caffeine to wire you up. We rely more on brain-boosting components that will enhance the effects of caffeine.
  • Catalyst is our full spectrum pre-workout that includes our favorite nitric oxide boosters. It has 3.5g of Beta-Alanine, which is larger than the industry standard. Catalyst is popular among bodybuilders or individuals who train in high intensity interval training.
  • Catalyst is strictly used for workouts, because of the "face tingles" you get from beta-alanine.

Impulse is for any scenario that can help improve focus and concentration throughout the day. For workouts, we have had powerlifters, endurance athletes, and martial arts enthusiast use Impulse. Career-wise, nurses, mechanics, salespeople, and other business professionals use Impulse.

You can get it by clicking here, or the banner below.

Catalyst is for direct workouts where you require more energy for intense workout sessions. Most bodybuilders, endurance athletes, first responders, and others use Catalyst to perform their best in the gym.

You can get it by clicking here, or the banner below.

No matter which one you choose, you can be sure they will help you accomplish your goals.

Until next time, Reforged Legion!
