My depression in my early 20s was a result of me wanting more out of my life... so I pursued fitness.
... And it became the greatest decision I've ever made.
In this post, I will tell you why I believe Fitness is the Catalyst to YOUR greatest potential.
Let's explore this together.
To start, I believe that fitness is the analogy to life itself.
If you follow us on Instagram, you know that I talk often about our logo, the phoenix.
The phoenix symbolizes death and renewal. It is a mythological figure that sacrifices in the present and is reborn anew, better than it once originally was.
This is us.
We sacrifice in the now to make gains in the future. Fitness is also the same. We go into the gym to tear our muscles, then we eat nutritiously so that they are reforged... bigger, stronger, and faster than they once were.
Fitness makes you face the reality that life is difficult. It's challenging. It's not fair. But that there's beauty in that struggle.
Because the transformation comes.
You are just going to have to make a couple of sacrifices to transform.
Fitness takes discipline. It takes big commitment to schedule 30-60+ minutes of your time a few times a week to work out.
This means there will be some sacrifice.
You will need a consistent sleep schedule.
You will need to eat more nutrient-dense foods.
You will need to go out less, because your body demands recovery.
As a result of sacrificing, you gain so much more overtime.
You start to see your muscles grow.
You start to lose body fat.
Your mood improves.
You sleep better.
You have a better outlook on life.
You start attracted more like-minded individuals who are changing their lives.
You get bolder. More confident.
You start taking more risks with opportunities for big rewards.
You start a business or enter a new job or career.
You demand more of yourself.
You become greater.
Just imagine what 3 months of proper training and nutrition can do for you.
You will embark on a journey of self-development of not just the physical... but of the mental.
Ultimately, you will see that life is not a matter of who you are now. It is a matter of who you could become.

A few weeks ago, my buddy Grant and I talked about nutrition.
We talked about how he's lost over 120 pounds so far with the weight loss progress he's been making.
This is all because he has been making healthier decisions over time.
One of the newest challenges he's facing right now is he's got a new job. He's working 10 to 12 hour days with physical demanding labor.
And what's been happening for him is that he's been super exhausted, he's not motivated to meal prep, he's having trouble trying to sit down and cook foods doesn't have the energy doesn't have the time.
So what I propose is five tips that you can use to live a more on the go fast food healthy eating lifestyle.
