1. ChatGPT: Calculating Calories

In this video, I go over how you can calculate calories utilizing ChatGPT.

2. ChatGPT: Calculating Macros

If you'd like to calculate your macros manually, here are some guidelines I recommend:

  • Protein: 0.45-1g per pound of body weight. With over 100+ lbs to lose, stay on the lower end. From 50-100lbs, stay around 0.6-0.8. For those under 50lbs, stay around 0.8-1g.
  • Fats: You can calculate by taking 20-30% of your total calories.
  • Carbs: The remainder of your calories will go into carbs.
