Hey there, I am Tony.
Over a decade ago, I was overweight, sleep-deprived, and most notably, depressed.
I had no self-worth and felt like I had no meaning in my life.
This, along with isolating myself from others led me down to my lowest point, where I contemplated suicide.
I didn't want to feel this way, so I decided to look for an alternative.
So I started becoming more physically active.
At first, I despised it... until I started noticing improvements.
I ate better. I slept better. I felt better... and then I eventually looked better.
I realized that movement can be medicine for both the body and mind, which led me to want more for myself.
Years later, I decided to pay it forward with something I wish I had at the beginning of my journey.
