One of the biggest challenges I encountered when beginning my personal development journey was building a sustainable habit for my desired goals. In today's information age, things tend to get overwhelming and disheartening as there is so much conflicting information out there.
As a result, we wanted to announce the initial release of our Reforge Yourself: Fit Habit group and course!
The Fit Habit is a free Facebook course that sets up a system or framework around the following three pillars:

A few weeks ago, my buddy Grant and I talked about nutrition.
We talked about how he's lost over 120 pounds so far with the weight loss progress he's been making.
This is all because he has been making healthier decisions over time.
