On our path of awakening the warrior within you, we focus on improving or reinforcing three pillars of Transformative Purpose: Body, Mind, & Spirit.
I want to introduce you to one of our Reforged Paragons, Brian.
He executes on this by training hard, working on improving himself mentally & spiritually, while helping others do the same.Brian is very passionate about the health & fitness industry and makes it his mission to perform his best in all aspects of health and fitness.
Since he has been a part of the Reforged Legion, we have watched him pull some big numbers in his favorite form of fitness: Powerlifting.
Not too long ago, he pulled a 600lb Deadlift at 195 lbs.
This means he has pulled 3 times his weight.
A lot of people will look at his progress today, not noticing the 5+ years of consistent exercise - showing up 4-5 times per week to put in work.
Regardless of if he was "feeling it" or not, he would put in work.
Even on the days where he was only feeling 50%, he gave 100% of that 50%.
The consistency led him to find this impressive level of strength.
Today, Brian prepares to compete in a Powerlifting meet... and we believe he has the potential to be a champion powerlifter.
One of Brian's favorite Reforged elixirs to use is Impulse. Impulse is our nootropic energy drink mix that aids in focus in concentration. While Brian has supplemented with our full-spectrum pre-workout Catalyst, he personally uses it as a last resort and only if he's completely exhausted.

A few weeks ago, my buddy Grant and I talked about nutrition.
We talked about how he's lost over 120 pounds so far with the weight loss progress he's been making.
This is all because he has been making healthier decisions over time.
