When everything else is in check, supplements augment your lifestyle.
Although we sell supplements first and foremost, we honestly recommend our readers to fine tune their Big Four before adding supplements to their arsenal.
The Big Four (abbreviated as HENS) are:
If you check out our website articles, we have pretty much everything you need about getting your HENS in check.
If we make these four "non-negotiables" in our life, then we can ultimately focus on constant or continuous improvement.
Working to reforge yourself daily.
Augment - To make something greater by adding to it. To make something larger or more intense.
At Reforged, we believe our supplements (or elixirs) augment your lifestyle when everything else is in check.
There is one caveat with our supplements: they augment what lifestyle you currently have. If you have built a strong foundation towards the previously mentioned big four, supplements will work more effectively for you.
Some supplements could potentially be optional depending on your goals.
However, I still believe there's a necessity for supplements... granted, you take the right ones for yourself.
You can't augment your lifestyle effectively if you've got poor habits, terrible workout routines, poor nutrition and believe that "sleep is for the weak". If supplements augment and you're a zero in any one of these categories, you'll still be a zero.
But if we are performing our best in each of these categories, supplements will add to or enhance our lifestyle.
Everything starts at the foundation of what you can truly control.
Most supplements in the industry today are either pixie-dusted with proprietary blends or matrixes, or extremely low-dosed. We are not about that.

A few weeks ago, my buddy Grant and I talked about nutrition.
We talked about how he's lost over 120 pounds so far with the weight loss progress he's been making.
