A lot of new warriors to the Reforged Legion have been asking us for advice or tips when it comes to building muscle or working out with weights. When we first made big changes to the site, we made entire guides on each major muscle group.

The second Reforged Pillar is Exercise. To reinforce this pillar, we wanted to put these posts together in one place.

In this post, we are going to give you a Muscular Development Resource Guide. This guide consists of all of the posts (so far) that we have made for Muscular Development.

Muscular Development Resource Guide

The following guides will consist of Muscular Anatomy and Function, exercise tips, and recommended exercises to target these muscle groups.

The Chest

The Back

The Shoulders (Deltoids)

The Arms

The Legs

The Glutes

The Abs

The Calves

You can get each of these guides (with added content and revisions) in a full eBook you can download by clicking the link for the Muscle Compendium here.

If you have any questions or comments, throw them below or email me at tony@reforgedperformance.com.
