Have you ever seen those movies where the protagonist is trained by a master of the "olden" ways?

This master is the individual who values simplicity - the one who practices the same movements thousands of times to perfection?

The antagonist in these movies typically focus on so much of the "sexiest" new trends that it ultimately overcomplicates things. For a time, the people who are trying to keep up with the antagonist always lose.

But not the protagonist.

He doesn't need to follow the trends. His master instilled the value that quality, practice, and understanding of how things work mattered the most.

This protagonist gets thousands of hours of training under their belt, while the antagonist is so technologically advanced he doesn't need to train.

The protagonist who was seen to have no chance ultimately wins in the end.

He didn't rely on cool trends. He relied on practicality and practice.

The Current State of Fitness

Today, fitness is in that state. A state where we value complexity and concepts over simplicity and practicality.

Eating less calories & more nutritionally-dense foods to lose weight is flooded with diet fads and "superfoods" that mask this simplicity.

Instead of frequent exercise consistency, we look for some special workout program to change our lives... when in reality, it's hours of sweat equity.

Our industry fluffs too many things up... and this has even gone to our products as well.

Products and Supplements

Most products in the industry are either micro-dosed with proprietary blends with hundreds of ingredients... or micro-dosed proprietary blends with few ingredients and teeny-tiny dosages.

It's aggravated me since I've been in this space in the early 2000's.

Where is the good quality? Where are the powerful dosages?

This industry of low-dosed proprietary blends needs to go... and we had to do something about that.

This is why Reforged was born.

We Aren't The Industry Norm.

We are the underdogs who value our focus on effort and practice. We don't neglect techniques and concepts.

We focus on taking action.

We focus on executing on what matters the most.

This philosophy has bled towards our supplements... and because of this, we forge minimalistic products with high-quality components.

Quality, Safety, Simplicity, & Transparency.

Have you ever looked at a supplement fact label and were just intimidated by hundreds of ingredients and blends without servings of each ingredient?

We are not about "Fairy Dusting" supplements.

We are all about No BS products - We focus on quality, simplicity, safety, and transparency.

We are all about minimal and high-quality ingredients with maximal results.

To us, it's about putting in more of what matters.

Are You One of Us?

Reforged is for the underdogs who value creativity above conformity.

Reforged is for the individual who doesn't follow the norms... it's for the people who create them.

Reforged is for the warrior who knows that actions speak louder than words.

If you are one of us, then you're not just customers. You are not just a transaction.

You are a part of our Legion of Warriors.

Reforged is for the Modern-Day Warrior who seeks to reach a greater potential by leveraging fitness & personal development as a catalyst to greatness.

This is where we will always have the leg up - for while everyone is concerned about what people say or think about their actions on their journey... we know that they will eventually watch in awe for when we achieve odds that they thought were impossible.

We are here to spark the minds that will forge greatness in this world. We are here for the aspiring athletes, entrepreneurs, and creatives.

Seize your destiny with us.

Depression Slayer,

Have you asked yourself why most people fail their diets?

A lot of it comes from extremes: huge diet restrictions, following a fad diet that's not prescribed to your body, and more.

Most of the time, people stop their diets within 5 weeks.

So today, I wanted to shift your mindset towards nutrition.

In this post, we are going to go over 5 nutrition principles for success.
