You asked for it... and we finally forged it for you.

One of the most potent and efficaciously-dosed AF pre-workouts is finally here.

Let's explore our Physical & Mental Performance Pre-Workout, Catalyst!

About Catalyst

Prepare for war with our Peak Performance Pre-Workout - Catalyst!

We made Catalyst to provide you an enhanced experience in the gym, not just from a physical sense... but a mental one as well. We took the most potent nitric oxide boosters and combined them with epic nootropics to provide you a complete brain & body experience.

Our goal with Catalyst is to prepare you for battle, and to help you reap the rewards from exercise. In using this pre-workout during your sessions, you will not only transform in the gym... but you recreate yourself in the aftermath.

Let's talk about the components that make Catalyst a full-spectrum nootropic pre-workout.

The Components of Catalyst

In Catalyst, we put some of the most essential pre-workout components... along with two nootropic powerhouses.

Caffeine Anhydrous

Caffeine helps manage fatigue, improve energy levels, and also increase power output. We use 200mg of caffeine so that you can feel the increased energy without too much stimulants.

L-Theanine

We utilized L-Theanine in our sleep supplement Drift... we thought it was that good enough to put in Catalyst.

Found in green tea, L-Theanine is an amino acid that promotes calming and anti-anxiety effects. In addition to this, L-Theanine has been shown to have potential in reducing stress levels in acute or intense exercise. We added 200mg of L-Theanine to synergistically improve brainpower and mitigate caffeine's negative effects.

L-Citrulline

L-Citrulline is one of our favorite components in Catalyst because of it being excellent for those intense workouts.

L-Citrulline is an amino acid that helps improve a variety of things: power output. training volume, exercise performance, reducing fatigue from exercise, and muscle soreness from usage.

Most products in the industry utilize Citrulline Malate in their pre-workout around the same dosage. We prefer to use L-Citrulline in its best form to utilize the entirety of that six grams. This allows us to produce L-Arginine in our body efficiently, which leads to increasing nitric oxide synthesis within the body. This is a great thing for our workouts.

Beta-Alanine

Beta-Alanine is a building block of carnosine, which helps buffer acid into our muscles. This ultimately increases exercise performance for people who train with a lot of repetitions, from muscle building to aerobic exercise.

Here are a few things that you might not know about Beta-Alanine:

Industry standard pre-workouts typically stay around 3-3.2g. We believe Beta-Alanine operates well in the 3.5g range.

Mucuna Pruriens

Mucuna Pruriens (Velvet Bean) is a nootropic that provides us L-DOPA, the precursor to dopamine. It is used for a variety of things, from reductions to cortisol (stress) to increases to adrenaline, and wellbeing

You'll be fired up from this one for sure.

It's also used to improve fertility in studies... but don't worry, we didn't use enough of a dosage for you to feel VERY fertile.

We used 150mg dosage that is manageable, as it is a VERY potent nootropic in some.

Stacking With Catalyst

To reinforce the strength of Catalyst, consider stacking it or using our herbal adrenal and fatigue support supplement, Spark!

SUPPLEMENT TIPS

When it comes to taking supplements, follow some of our recommendations to optimize your use.

  • For supplements to work their best, make sure you get proper nutrition, exercise, sleep, & recovery. Most of the time we take supplements, we want to improve our lifestyle or fill any nutritional gaps. This all starts at the foundation.
  • Take supplements as directed on the label. With all supplements, make sure you take a 1/2 serving to assess for tolerance. Always consult with a doctor or physician before taking supplements.
  • For best absorption, most supplements should not be taken on an empty stomach. It could cause discomfort in some, and most supplements are better absorbed after a meal. For example, you should eat a meal 1-2 hours before taking a pre-workout. Another example would be a multivitamin: multivitamins should be taken with fat-soluble food for proper absorption.
  • Drink around a gallon of water per day.Hydration is important when it comes to taking supplements.
  • Limit your intake of artificial sweeteners when taking supplements. Too many of them can cause discomfort.

Remember that our products are more efficaciously-dosed, meaning they’re a bit stronger and more potent than most. Please be sure to take 1/2 scoop to assess for tolerance, and make sure most supplements are taken after a meal.
