Hi, I'm Tony.
I used to deal with bad bouts of anxiety & depression that impacted my well-being and self esteem.
It got so bad that I had thoughts of ending it all.
Unhappy with how I looked and felt, I decided to take on exercise.
At first, I hated it... but then I noticed something.
After my workouts, I felt better—my anxious and depressed state would disappear for hours at a time.
I started chasing that endorphin rush after every session.
When I finally lost my first pound after a few months, I was hooked.
Exercise became the catalyst for my journey towards improving my mood and well-being.
Now, I want to pay it forward through the LIFT Your Mood Initiative.
This initiative is dedicated to helping others live more actively in both mind & body to seize a better life for themselves.
I believe that together, we can support each other in building resilience, strength, and a positive mindset.
